A Wellness Designer with a passion for helping people understand the complexities of being human, I use metaphor, design, storytelling and conversation to help individuals and organizations get unstuck. In my 10+ year career, I've worked on projects about death, money, housing, relationships, and everything in-between.

I am the author of the ABC's of Dating by Design (www.datingbydesign.ca), and the co-founder of 1THINGapp (www.1thingapp.com), a social gratitude journal. I am currently working with Capital One in Virginia, helping people reduce anxiety about money, and life.
