I use design and coaching to facilitate betterness for individuals and organizations.

@aisforayla

With a passion for helping people understand the complexities of being human, I use metaphor, design, storytelling and conversation to help individuals and organizations make things better. In my 10+ year career, I've worked on projects about death, money, housing, relationships, and everything in-between.

I am the author of the ABC's of Dating by Design, and the co-founder of 1THINGapp, a social gratitude journal. I also lead the development of the Money Coaching program for Capital One bank. I currently teach facilitation and design, and run Bold People Do, an organization dedicated to helping people take big risks in life, love, and work.
